Learning objectives
- Putting into practice the basic theoretical knowledge of electrical engineering concerning the operation of the main electrical machinery,
- Mastering electrotechnical measurement techniques,
- Use typical test results to establish the model of an electrical machine and to predetermine its operating characteristics in established operation,
- Validate predeterminations performed by laden tests.

Program
This training module is based on 5 hands-on sessions that allow the implementation of measuring devices and machines commonly used in industrial environments. The following topics were discussed:
- Measurement of powers in three-phase regime balanced by different methods,
- Synchronous generator, synchronous responsiveness characteristics and method,
- Asynchronous engine, power factor characteristics and improvement,
- Separate excitation engine and generator, characteristics and reversibility.
Assessment
Record of TP proceedings.
